Overview
Business Architect - Peterborough - £53k Car Allowance (£5956) up to 9% Pension As a Business Architect you will act as the lead for development and maintenance of a business model that supports a portfolio of change projects. You will need to act as the glue that ensures support of a thorough and effective business wide change plan. You will be strategically minded and able to roadmap this business through this change program, not afraid to challenge the direction and suggest improvements. It will be your responsibility to develop, support and maintain the architectural framework for people, process, systems and data supporting the business strategy and focus on continuous improvement. Essential Requirements: - Proven experience developing a business architecture strategy - Excellent communication skills - Road mapping a change strategy - Contribute and coordinate the design or technical, process and data solutions required for business improvement - Support and lead a culture of continuous improvement PLEASE NOTE: UK travel will be required as the business demands and occasional overnight stops
