Overview
Seeking a Development Manager to join a boutique developer who specialise in major mixed-use development. This role will include very complex schemes and is for somebody seeking a challenge. My client offers a forward thinking, lean team and you will be playing a fundamental role in the development of their 'mini place making' projects. Currently, the client has four main schemes underway, with one scheme aiming to be 2,000 units combined with hospitality, workspace and retail. My client typically will Joint Venture with a fund to back their developments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning application process Carry out all front end due diligence Conduct appraisal work Oversee the design process Stakeholder engagement You will ideally be/have: Strong understanding of the development process Strong demonstrable planning experience Be numerically minded Be very details minded Please get in touch on or
