A leading Fast-moving consumer goods company based in Alconbury; Cambridgeshire is looking for a Warehouse/ Section Manager ( Packhouse ) – This role is initially for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover £Negotiable dependant on experience and great Benefits include: Pension, sick pay and paid holidays and bank holidays (4 days on, 4 days off) 7pm/ 7am 12 Hour shifts - will need to be flexible to work 1 in every 4 weekends You will be responsible for managing the day to day activities within the Packhouse to deliver an efficient operation to ensure that customers’ orders are produced on time, safely, to the correct standard of quality and at or below budgeted cost. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a Management role within Fresh Produce / Food Production / FMCG environment essential along with operating within a KPI’s driven structure, have strong leadership skills and experience of leading and managing people and effectively communicate with internal and external customer ?
