Senior Business Analyst ( Waterfall / Agile / UAT / Process Mapping ) London, Slough Summary of the Senior Business Analyst role We are one of the UK's top performing non-corporate management consultancies, seeking dedicated, passionate Business Analysts to join our world-class team and assist our industry-giant clients in some truly revolutionary projects within Telco, Media, Finance and Retail. This role is largely based within London and the M25 region, so you must be flexible for travel to client sites within this area. This role offers a generous salary of up to £65,000, and comes with a fantastic package of 10% bonus, 6% matched pension, BUPA insurance and much more. Our Business Analysts ( Waterfall / Agile / UAT / Process Mapping ) play a key role in assisting our clients' business transformation, allowing improved efficiency, quality, flexibility and customer satisfaction. You will play an integral role in implementing software solutions for household names within the private sector. Responsibilities for the Senior Business Analyst role Workshop facilitation Requirements gathering and documentation As-is and to-be analysis Process mapping Involvement in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Use of workflow IT service management tools such as Remedy and ITIL Operating in Agile and Waterfall environments Requirements for the Senior Business Analyst role 4 years of experience within a straight Senior Business Analyst role managing more junior Business Analysts Right to work in the UK - we are NOT ABLE TO OFFER SPONSORSHIP Flexibility for consultative travel 3-5 days a week to London and Slough - flexibility for Milton Keynes, Newbury and Cambridge desirable but not essential. There is flexibility to work from home with several of our clients, but please do not apply if you are not prepared to take on this level of travel.
