CAD technician Location: Manchester Start date: ASAP Job Type: Permanent Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 per annum Allied Resource are currently recruiting for CAD technician engineers to work on behalf of a fantastic telecoms company. You will be working in a large design team, working on Mobile Telecoms projects. Job Specifications: - Creation of planning, details design and AS-built drawings using AutoCAD - Utilize CAD tools such as templates and blocks to maintain high volume work output - Assist lead and design engineers when creating design solutions - Examine own drawings to ensure they are up to standard so that clients standard and design requirements are met - Creating photomontages and other design documents - Work with and update databases and client systems - Produce practical ideas minimize drafting time as well as increasing the quality of drafting Responsibilities: - Producing CAD drawings to a superlative quality - Work productively and efficiently to prioritise workload in order to achieve and exceed KPI's - Responsibility for delivery design to ensure all company and client standards are met - Maintain all client and internal databases with the correct up to date information for each individual site Must Have: - Very strong written and verbal communication skills - A well-developed problem solver and very strong analytical skills - Able to handle a heavy workload as well as prioritization for urgent tasks - Genuine interest in keeping informed in CAD best practice - Able to operate effectively alone and as part of a team If you are interested in this position, or can recommend anyone else, please contact Ross Teasdale from Allied Resource Recruitment on 0203 002 2215 This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89876282
