Head of Learning and Development

Our client is seeking a senior L&D professional to head up their entire L&D function, working in conjunction with their OD team. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Learning Strategy across the organisation, which will support a key Cultural Change programme. You will be responsible for leading and directing a team, whilst also driving a high performance leadership team, you will develop and deliver innovative ways of knowledge transfer. You will be used to working with a Government Department where budgets are highly scrutinised.
