Your new company A well established, high growth, private life sciences business offering private services. The company have expanded significantly in the last 24 months and are now looking to build up their corporate functions. Your new role Reporting into the Financial Controller, this role will be centred around extracting commercial information from the finance team and taking it out to the business. Working as part of a strong reporting team, this role is all about being the interface with the business, working with clinicians and budget holders to improve performance. Duties Run and chair meetings with budget holders to understand business need Variance analysis on budgets versus forecast Presentation of board report Influence strategic business decision making. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a qualified accountant who genuinely wants to help a business to grow. This role requires strong communication along with an aptitude to commercialise decision making processes by presenting financial information in reasoned and informed manner What you'll get in return You will get very senior level exposure in this role and the ability to influence which should allow you to see the impact of your hard work on decision making.
