Drivier Coordinator - Waltham Cross - Up to £27K A Driver Team Coordinator is required for an award winning, independent fresh produce company based in Waltham Cross. The Driver Coordinator should have previous experience in a distribition environment with Fresh food Salary: Circa £27,000 Shifts: Monday to Friday but required to work the occassional Tuesday to Saturday - 11am till 9pm Driver Coordinator Job Description: Plan and manage the teams efficiently, effectively and safely in a customer service focused manner Manage operational performance including service levels, complaints, shortages, backhaul etc Day to day management of the team and office Create, maintain and develop effective working relationships Plan all team deployments Monitor and manage weekly performance for team members Identify individuals with potential for training and develop Support the team with any challenges that may arise with the planning and coordination of the operation Driver Coordinator Experience: Previous experience in a distribution enviroment with fresh food Competency in leading a lead Customer focused Able to support a varied work base Health and Safety aware Full UK driving license with a minimum C category driving license WR Transport & Logistics are the 1 recruitment partner for transport jobs and logistics jobs.
