Overview
Class 1 HGV Drivers Extra Drivers are recruiting for x40 Class 1 HGV drivers for our prestigious client based between Derby and Nottingham. As a class 1 HGV driver you will undertake x2 store deliveries per day with an average working day between 9 and 11 hours. Shift Patterns available to drivers are: Monday to Friday Thursday to Monday Sunday to Thursday Start times are between: 0700 and 1100 1900 and 2300 Class 1 HGV Drivers will need: A valid Class 1 license A valid CPC and tacho No more than 6 points (No TT's, No IN's, No DD's, No DR's) To have held their class 1 license for a minimum of 12 months for insurance purposes Class 1 HGV Drivers will receive: PAYE - £138 per day LTD - £170 per day Class 1 HGV Drivers will go through a paid 3 day training and induction with the company and following a period of 12 weeks are able to go permanent with a basic salary of £36,000 plus benefits.
