This is an extremely challenging and varied role offering a very competitive salary along with a bonus scheme. The Quality Manager will be responsible for · Working to ISO 9001 Standards as relating to Quality Assurance. · Recording, co-ordination and response in resolving customer complaints. · Investigate non-conformances and perform 8D problem solving. · Recording and actioning Goods Returned. · Participate in ABS Kaizen. Essential Criteria for the Quality Manager IRCA QMS certified Experience in a busy manufacturing/engineering organisation Experience in a customer facing environment. Valid UK driving license.
