What you’ll do at Saputo Dairy UK • Identifies and implements significant bottom-line cost savings, as well as introducing company-wide best-practice processes to drive maximum value from operational budgets and supply base. Ensures that procurement is embedded as a key consideration within the stakeholder buying decisions and that the supply base accurately reflects the business needs and priorities. • Delivering saving and cash flow targets within the portfolio • Supporting the Procurement Lead – Indirects in developing strategic plans and budgets • Driving improvement in supplier performance across service, quality and cost via the SRM program • Helping to establish strong stakeholder alignment and support • Identifying key risks within the portfolio and developing plans to manage them • Developing a clear understanding the total costs of managing the supply chain spend area • Satisfying internal customer service, quality and innovation needs Who’s right for the role? • 2-3 years’ procurement or category experience within an FMCG environment • Experience of managing and/or active participation in large, complex cross-functional change projects • Aptitude and / or experience of delivering sustainable and consistent cost saving projects • Able to demonstrate a track record of engaging key stakeholders in category strategy development and implementation • Flexibility in influencing skills/styles at all levels of the business What can Saputo Dairy UK do for you? • Development opportunities • Attractive workplace pension scheme and company bonus • Happy to talk about flexible working • Free, onsite parking • Frequent free shuttle bus from Weybridge train station • Discounted branded products • Subsidised staff restaurant • 25 Holidays 8 Bank Holidays • My Staff shop - access to exclusive benefits, free advice and savings - providing great discounts from thousands of the UKs largest retailers & service providers.
