Team Leader (Tenant Services)

Job title: Team Leader (TENANT SERVICES) Salary: £31,371 p.a. Location: Ebley, Stroud Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to help shape the delivery of their new service. The successful Team Leader will have experience of working within the property/construction sector and be aware of the challenges, and rewards it can present. You must be able to think creatively to overcome problems, and also have experience of managing trade operatives delivering a frontline service. Team Leader key responsibilities will include: Managing and monitoring direct trades, sub-contractors and agency staff Checking the quality of all Repairs & Maintenance Scheduling works Ensuring all works are being completed within set deadlines Pre and post inspecting works, including undertaking pre-termination inspections Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are being adhered to on site Monitoring budgets Preparing progress reports for the Management team Checking works for any snagging to be completed This is not a 9-5 role and requires an individual who is flexible, and committed to delivering outcomes and will undoubtedly have to go beyond the JD. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential, and you'll need to demonstrate a real passion to provide excellent customer service.
