Overview
Job title: Senior Team Leader (Tenant Services) Salary: £36,876 p.a. Location: Ebley, Stroud Following the successful internalisation of our clients Heating Service, they have decided to also internalise the Repairs and Maintenance service. This role will predominantly be responsible for managing the external voids contract until it is internalised. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Team Leader to help shape the delivery of their new service, and the team delivering the work. The successful Senior Team Leader will have experience of working within the construction/property sector and be aware of the challenges, and rewards it can present. You must be able to think creatively to overcome problems, and have experience of managing trade operatives and contractors. You will also be familiar with the administration of various forms of contracts. Senior Team Leader key responsibilities will include: Managing and monitoring direct trades, contractors and agency staff Scheduling works Checking the quality of works on site Agreeing variations Ensuring all works are being completed within set deadlines, and to agreed specifications Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are being adhered to on site Monitoring budgets Preparing progress reports for the Management team Checking works for any snagging to be completed This is not a 9-5 role and requires an individual who is flexible and committed to delivering outcomes, and will undoubtedly have to go beyond the JD. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential, and you'll need to demonstrate a real passion to provide excellent customer service.
