Do you have Groundworks, Archology and Temporary Works experience ALONG WITH experience of taking a £35 million mixed development project through to completion? Would you like to lead a £35 million mixed-use development? This organisation prides themselves on their excellent reputation within the industry for quality and on time delivery of their projects, as well as their vision and mission to provide the best service within their sector all whilst keeping their clients and their staff happy and satisfied - they are now looking for a Senior Site Manager to join their team As Senior Site Manager you will be responsible for the initial Groundworks phase, including Archology, temp works and Structures. Once this has been completed you will head up the £35 million mixed use development, consisting of commercial office, residential and healthcare. As project lead you will co-ordinate, structure and organise the Subcontactors and Site Logistics as well as: - Implement the Construction Phase - Monitor and control subcontractor performance - Monitor against approved programmes - Agree short term programme and sequencing - Oversee Site/ Assistant Site Managers for work section - Ensure QA procedures are implemented, followed and monitor for section of works.
