What you will be doing as the chosen Quantity Surveyor: - Based within the M25 as a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for: - External applications from private and public clients - Be transparent in costings and liaise with the construction team - Check drawings and sub contract enquiries in a timely fashion About the company: Our client works both private and public sectors, they have a diverse set of skills that have added value to residential, regeneration, education and commercial projects. Skills and Experience: - Previous residential Or commercial experience - Working within a team - Strong accuracy skills - Attention to detail - Works well under pressure - Can manage numerous of different projects at a time. What is on offer for the chosen Quantity Surveyor? - Salary up to £60,000 - Pension Scheme - 24 days annual leave Plus 1 day for birthday Bank Holiday - Travel/Car Allowance.
