SALARY UP TO £65K, TRUE LEADERSHIP POSITION, MAKE A DIFFEENCE ACCOUNTANCY PRACTICE SENIOR MANAGER - COVENTRY, WEST MIDLANDS - JOB REF: JO23662 We are working with a long term client of ours in the search of a technically astute, dynamic, forward thinking experienced practice accountant who has experience managing a client portfolio as well as a small team. You will work closely with the managing partner of the practice to guide the business through this exciting next stage of it's growth. Duties include but not restricted to:- ·Responsible for management of a small portfolio of high value clients. ·Also responsible for the management of a team of staff who they will delegate specific work to as needed for the benefit of the practice. ·Experience handling a portfolio of clients along with managing a team of junior staff and colleagues is essential. ·Successful candidate will be directly reporting to the Partner and working closely with them to forward the business through this exciting next stage of it's growth. ·The individual must have passion and drive to push the business forward as you will be expected to on-board clients and develop the practice throughout this exciting time of growth. ·Main software is Xero & Sage. Candidate Attributes:- ·ACCA or ACA qualified. ·Experience managing a portfolio of clients as well as managing a team within a practice environment. ·Forward thinking with a desire to implement new systems and business processes to drive efficiency, profit but also improve client care. ·Ideally 5 years experience managing a team in practice.
