In this Reception Teacher post, you will be taking on a Reception class of 28 pupils. As a Reception Teacher, you will be working in tandem with a parallel teacher who can offer a wealth of experience and bespoke knowledge. You will be working closely with the EYFS Lead to ensure you have all the resources you need to run successful lessons. Your Reception Teacher responsibilities will include teaching with the full support of a Teaching Assistant and working towards a more creative teaching philosophy. This Reception Teacher position involves implementing a series of intriguing lessons that allow you to use your innovative teaching methods. The right candidate will be a passionate and capable Reception Teacher who has experience of working in an inner-city school and the knowledge of how to best work in groups and individually. The ideal individual should be able to show a genuine love for education that can be recognised by both pupils and colleagues. You must have lesson plans that require your students to engage with each other and have fun whilst learning.
