The Role: Business Analyst - Real Estate Location: London Sector: Coworking Salary: £50,000 to £60,000pa Bonus Our client is a market leader in flexible spaces and real estate solutions and thanks to their continued success a position for a Real Estate Business Analyst has opened up in their London office. As the Business Analyst you will play a key role in ensuring the continued growth of the company. You will be responsible for: Analysing data to find meaningful patterns and trends that help make informed real estate decisions Monitoring the impact of new propositions and recommending modifications and changes as required. Deep dive into performance data to help us set the global standards and prices Analyse internal and external data and to recommend areas for investment Managing performance improvement initiatives. Optimisation / automation of operational processes Personal Attributes Accurate – Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. Communication – Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken and written word. Problem solving – Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems. Working Under Pressure – Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations. Agile – Ability to deal with shifting priorities and issues inherent in a young company. Passionate – A desire and passion to beat the competition and win. Pragmatic - Ability to be hands-on as well as strategic and be a trouble-shooter when the business need deems it appropriate to do so. Ideal Candidate Experience & Qualifications Impressive academic credentials – at least a 2:1 degree, from an established university, in a numerate, scientific or business discipline Previous experience in a commercial role since graduation. Supervisory experience is a plus, but not mandatory. A naturally analytical person with a proven ability to problem solve. Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, gained in a fast paced and challenging working environment.
