Overview
Pharmacy Manager, Croydon, Weekdays only, £52k, plus bonus This is a great opportunity for a Pharmacist to join a very successful independent pharmacy. You will be managing this extremely well established, community Pharmacy in West Croydon, where you will be expected to maintain the solid relationships with several local surgeries. It's currently doing around 7k items a month and will supported by the team which comprises of 2 full time dispensers, 2 full time counter assistants. The dispensary is about to benefit from an imminent refurbishment and already operates with a good level of equipment. The owner is happy for the new Pharmacy Manager to treat this as their own business where you will be allowed lots of autonomy to implement all your own ideas. A main objective of this role is to engage the staff team by offering guidance and instruction so they all know exactly what they should be doing, to ensure the Pharmacy operates at maximum efficiency. In terms of services they are currently offering Ehc, chlamydia screening and treatment, Flu vaccinations, NMS and CPCS and are looking to reintroduce a Travel Vaccination service soon. HOURS Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.30pm Total 47.5 hours a week THE PERSON To be considered for this position you must be a proactive, UK registered Pharmacist with min 1 years post qualifying experience THE REWARDS £52,000 Bonus relating to service growth What Happens Next?
