Overview
Are you based in South West London? Do you like the idea of making big money without having to make that not so pleasant journey into Central London? What will you be doing? This is a delivery role, which means you will not need to continuously cold call businesses. The Founder/Director of the business is well known in the industry, his reputation has meant that clients come to them for their services. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for: - Creating adverts to find the best talent - Screening CVs - Sourcing candidates - Interviewing and prepping candidates - Building and maintaining relationships with clients - Closing deals Who are am I looking for? The ideal candidate for this Trainee Recruitment Consultant will have all if not most of the following: - 2.1 or higher at University - 6 months of sales/commercial experience - Desire to achieve and be the best - Competitive spirit - Excellent communication skills - Motivation to make a lot of money - Career driven mindset What’s in it for you?
