Location: Bristol Salary: £21,000 Are you a resilient and proactive customer service professional with a passion for property? Are you ready for your next challenge? You`ll be managing your own portfolio across any of our 60 brands - acting as the point of contact for our tenants and landlords who require support throughout the duration of their tenancy. We`re sure you already have an excellent telephone manner - which is key, as we need you to offer our clients a really personal touch, but our Property Managers really do go above and beyond for our Tenants and Landlords, so we`re hoping you`ll share this enthusiasm and ambition. Whilst you`ll need to be firm, we need you to show empathy and be sensitive to our landlord and tenants` varying needs. A natural positive outlook on life is essential to fit in with the Countrywide culture and to ensure you can stay up beat and buoyant for our customers and our teams. Someone who recognises the importance of communication would fit in really well in any of our property management teams; especially if you prefer to pick up the phone and build a lasting relationship with someone, rather than send emails alone. Whilst we`ll provide thorough and tailored training, you do need to be up to date on your industry reputation and legislation - so a genuine interest and passion for property is really important. It would be great if you`ve already managed to hone strong administration skills; as organisation of documentation really does impact customer experience. The government is currently introducing regulation to the property industry which will require that all estate agency and letting colleagues hold a qualification in their specialist area (sales or lettings). In order to develop our colleagues, provide a high quality service and work towards regulation, all colleagues who join us are required to hold the a Level 3 qualification in their specialist area (sales or lettings).
