We have just registered a fantastic opportunity with a leading Insurance Broker based in the Tunbridge Wells area with good training and happy staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales/Customer Service Person who ideally has an Insurance based sales background, although this is not essential as the company will consider someone with some good phone based sales and customer service experience in a similar type of role or industry. You need to be customer focused, professional, and a good communicator who above all can build excellent rapports with clients and sell Insurance policies. You will deal with a varied list of tasks including mid-term changes, renewals and claims and both in & outbound calls. This is a busy and vibrant office with a great atmosphere and a friendly team who work hard and enjoy their roles.
