Overview
Financial Controller Our client is a rapidly growing technology firm who is looking for a Financial Controller to join the team. You will be working closely with the Management Accountants and the board, running the finance team and making sure monthly and annual accounts are prepared accurately and on time. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to get involved in running of projects. The Role - Financial Controller This is a busy position that needs someone experienced and ready to roll up their sleeves. This position will involve communication with key business stakeholders. As a Financial Controller, you will review submitted numbers, assist with budgeting and forecasting and help their International offices with their financial and commercial functions as well as oversee the audit. The Person The Financial Controller will be a qualified CIMA (or equivalent) with some experience gained in industry. It's important you are someone who continually challenges the way things are done and who has the energy to follow through. You will not be an accountant just focussed on spreadsheets but someone who can get close to operations & willing to do that. You will have strong Commercial accumen, the ability to identify business opportunities and improve efficiency. You will be able to challenge business stakeholders directly and try to get in depth answers This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting business.
