Overview

ATE Test Engineer(s) Our client needs an experienced Test Engineer to be a key part of their design team. You will Ensure quality levels of our client's integrated circuit devices Create high quality documentation Interface with design team (digital, analog) and OSATs Working closely with the design team Profile Hands-on and experience with Automatic Test Equipment for Semiconductors Such as Advantest V93K, Teradyne UltraSerial or UltraFLEX or J750, or LTX Fusion Excellent communication skills Ability to work autonomously Good with customers Degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics or similar Experience in ATE testing including writing test methods Hands-on experience with High Level Programming Languages like C, Pascal, Python Bring up and support at OSAT locations Wafer probe test development Experience in designing Load Board / Probe Interface Boards, Probe Cards etc. RF hardware or data communication design/debug experience Mixed signal testing experience Ability to perform PCB design reviews In-depth understanding of hardware test methodologies and procedures Able and willing to travel on occasion particularly to OSAT sites for test bring up Some of your responsibilities: Being a key contributor in new product design meetings and driving analog and digital DFT techniques in new designs Developing and implementing test solutions for new products including software, hardware and documentation Participating in the product development teams throughout the NPI cycle focussing on DFT and testability Providing feedback to the product or project team regarding problems, defects, questions and suggestions that arise during the development & delivery lifecycle Developing new product ATE characterization Taking responsibility for Test Solution qualification over voltage and temperature Identifying, reviewing and maintaining test cases and test results Nice to have High speed optical e.g. LIDAR interface, Serdes, optical transceivers. Experience with twelve-inch wafer test and with WLCSP. Experience in IC characterization and yield analysis Experience with Gage R and R (We are also recruiting ATE engineers in other locations in Europe for Low power DC and High Power DC test)
