Car Sales Executive - Main Dealership - £15,000 - £35,000 - Leicester We are proud to be recruiting for this very busy main motor dealership in Leicester, they are a very successful business with excellent growth over the past year. Our client is looking for a successful & money motivated Car Sales Executive who has a drive to succeed as well as a passion for service. Ideally you will be already working successfully as a Car Sales Executive. Basic salary £15,000 with a realistic £35,000 OTE plus Company car Role & Responsibilities: - Establishing customer needs and the features of different vehicles. - Arranging test drives. - Negotiating the sale price, including any 'trade-in’ value. - To build and maintain a relationship with new and existing customers. - Maintain a high standard of product knowledge. - Meeting Sales Targets. The Ideal Person: - You will have excellent listening & communication skills. - You will enjoy working towards targets. - You will be resilient & self-motivated. - You will have a UK driving Licence. Ideally will have previous experience of successfully working in vehicle sales.
