We are recruiting for a Law Graduate to join to join an award winning legal firm based in Old Trafford, due to company growth our client is looking to grow the their Claims team. The purpose of this role will be to answer inbound enquiries from people looking to make a claim. Graduate Legal Claims Handler Duties: Dealing with inbound calls from National Accident Helpline Speaking to customers who have may have had an accident inside or outside work Taking details and risk assessing Case management and handling a busy workload Making final decision on whether to proceed with a claim Graduate Legal Claims Handler Skills: We like to hear from you if you have experience in the following: Customer Service, Claims Management, Legal Claims Handler, PPI Advisor or Similar If you a Law Graduate it would be a huge advantage It is essential you a minimum of 6 months experience dealing with inbound calls Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent Graduate Legal Claims Handler Package: £16,497 plus £150-£300 performance bonus a month Smart casual dress code Contributory Pension Local to Old Trafford Met Stop Please apply with you up to date CV now for immediate consideration.
