ROLE PROFILE Job Title Estimator Location Swindon Department Contracts Perm/Temp Permanent Job Purpose As part of the design team, the primary responsibilities will be to provide administrative and creative support to the designers, as well as producing quotes for our bedroom furniture. Key Responsibilities Liaise with Development Team to provide quotes based on design and specification briefs Provide quote capacity for the kitchen design team Build Bedroom quotations and estimates using the pricing matrix. Assist the Design Team in/to produce client presentations Site visits if necessary, on occasion Any other reasonable duties specified by the Design Team Leader. Skill Requirements Attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy Able to work to strict deadlines & procedures Excellent planning and organisational skills Able to work as part of a team Good communicator and a confident telephone manner Relevant IT skills (CAD training will be provided) Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint Ability to problem solve Prior experience of working with commercial and operational departments ideal but not essential Person Specification Positive attitude Proactive approach to work A desire to achieve and improve Self-motivated
