Overview
4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Order Manager for one of our rapidly expanding clients based in Swindon. Job Purpose As part of the Design Team, the primary responsibilities will be to provide administrative and creative support to the designers as well as producing quotes for bedroom furniture. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with the Business Development Team to provide quotes based on design and specification briefs. Provide quote capacity for the Design Team. Build quotations and estimates using Pricing Matrix. Assist the Design Team in/to produce client presentations. Site visits Any other reasonable duties specified by the Design Team Leader. Skill & Requirements: Attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy Ability to work to strict deadlines & procedures Excellent planning organisation skills Able to work as part of a team Good communicator and confident telephone manner Relevant IT skills (CAD training will be provided) Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint Ability to problem solve Prior experience of working with commercial and operational departments ideal but not essential About you: Positive 'can do' attitude Proactive approach to work Desire to achieve & improve Self motivated M4 Recruitment is an employment business and operates as an equal opportunities employer.
