Finance Operations Manager required for a Telecommunications company based in Berkshire £75,000 - 85,000 Car Allowance Bonus Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Operations Manager to join a leading telecoms business based in Berkshire. The role will work closely with numerous stakeholders across the business including operations, IT, HR, and project management. Leading a team of up to 4 people, you will be responsible for maintaining forecasting of operating cost, revenue and capital expenditure. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, qualified accountant with strong FP&A skills ideally from a managed services or telecommunications background. To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Experience of working in finance / accounting, demonstrating strong progression Team leadership experience Ability to partner with non-finance individuals effectively Commitment to maintaining a high standard while delivering to short deadlines Highly developed skills of commercial negotiation Strong system skills and a university degree would be desirable A little more information about the role: Monthly Rolling Forecast of Revenue, Operating Cost and Capex Set annual and quarterly budgets and ensure cost centre owners hit their targets Ensuring accurate month-end results Driving initiatives for cost saving and process improvement Analysing commercial transactions and participate in supplier negotiations Supporting executive level decisions with monthly reporting If you have the skillset required, or would like further information, please apply below.
