Overview
This market leading FMCG are in need of an ambitious Management Accountant to join their dynamic Huntingdon based finance team, based from their Huntingdon office. The Management Accountant will have a broad role in which they will have responsibility for the month end process as well as working closely with key stakeholders to provide financial support and analysis. Client Details An established FMCG with strong growth and development plans are seeking a Management Accountant to join their ambitious team to impact their strategic decisions. They are able to provide an ambitious working environment with continual career development and progression. Description The Management Accountant will be responsible for: Production of detailed monthly Management Accounts Business partnering with key internal stakeholders, providing detailed financial support Providing detailed cash flow reporting Supporting the wider business with variance and P&L analysis Balance sheet reconciliations and client account reconciliations Work with the Financial Director and the wider team to improve efficiency within the finance process, such as improving the current stock cut-off system Support the continuous development of our accounting systems to meet our needs for new reporting and controls Profile The successful candidate for the Management Accountant will be: Actively pursuing their ACCA/CIMA qualification Previous FMCG experience would be advantageous A proven track record in producing detailed management accounts Confident in dealing with senior stakeholders across the business Strong user of Excel; V Lookups, Pivot Tables and Sumifs Job Offer The successful candidate for the position will be joining a market leading business with the opportunity to learn from the experienced Huntingdon team alongside a competitive salary.
