Overview
The successful Finance Business Partner will be required to provide a first-class financial decision support and analysis service to both departments and to major projects within the business, by providing the right information, to the right people, at the right time, for the right decisions. Client Details My client is a well-established business based in Poole, looking to add two new heads to the finance Business Partner Team. Description As a Finance Business Partner, your role will involve: Build strong relationships with your customers to provide a full financial guidance, coaching and support service Assist customers with financial planning and forecasting including looking up to 5 years ahead Attend relevant departmental and project meetings, ensuring there is a finance presence where appropriate Deliver regular financial reports and ad-hoc financial analysis for your customers, finance department and external auditors Profile The successful candidate will be a part-qualified Finance professional. You should have a strong background in accounting including experience of management accounts preparation and financial analysis. This role is looking for great communicators, with the ability to provide financial expertise and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
