UX Designer, Poole, Circa £30k, Disruptive FS Business, Hybrid role sitting between Software & Digi Marketing UX Designer Poole, Dorset £27000 - £30000 Package Please note my client cannot offer sponsorship for this position. Your new company This fast-growing business is looking to disrupt the landscape within their area of Financial Services. They now have capacity to bring on an additional UX Designer for their head office location in Poole, Dorset - just a few minutes from the beach with parking on site. Your new role The role is varied and will provide the opportunity to collaborate across all levels, which includes the digital marketing and software teams, real-time feedback from users and board level engagement. It's a flat structure where open communication is encouraged and Agile is practised. You can genuinely have a measurable impact on the success of the company here. Day to day you'll be working to improve the digital landscape by creating user flows, visualising journeys and analysing qualitative data. You'll develop wireframes, interfaces and prototypes, working with the in-house Dev team and supporting SEO strategy through campaigns and banners. It's an ever-changing industry so there's no shortage of avenues to explore, and as an online-first business the UX team are integral to the customer journey and to their overall success. What you'll need to succeed We need someone with commercial experience in a UX or Digital Design role. A degree in marketing or digital / tech will also serve you well. You'll have responsive web design skills (HTML/CSS) and will be proficient with Adobe, with UX tooling experience including Axure and Balsamiq amongst others, plus knowledge of user journeys and content writing / outreach to engage potential customers.
