My client, a multinational financial services company are looking to hire a Talent Lead professional to support and work within the Group Support Team in HR. This individual will need background knowledge and experience working within a financial services company. This professional will need to display experience working with key stakeholders, business strategies and succession planning. The role: Permanent position £40-£55k per annum Experience working in Financial services London with occasional travel to Birmingham Requirements: - Self-motivated by challenge, with a positive tone, an eye for solutions. - Agile thinker and can work in a fast paced environment. - Enjoy motivating and driving other individuals towards positive change and success. - Previous experience working in Talent / L&D in a financial services company. - Can implement creative and new business strategies.
