Overview

Our client is looking for an HR Administrator to support our dynamic HR Shared services team. You will act as the first point of contact for the resolution of HR-related queries from employees and managers based in France ( ex : Time management, Rewards Benefits, Rewards Compensation, Contract changes, Occupational health, Payroll, …) A high number of requests are received by email, and calls. In this context, the ability to work under pressure in a fast moving and rapidly changing environment is crucial. You will be offered regular upskills and training sessions including ones for your own personal development. Usual working hours are from 8.00 to 16.30 or 8.30 to 17.00, Monday to Friday. There will be a requirement to work on some bank holidays on a rotation basis. Responsibilities Log, update and resolve HR queries on a case management tool with the support of scripts and FAQ's Investigate complex requests which cannot be resolved first hand by analysing the nature of the request and assigning it to the relevant team. Maintain personal records, perform other administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and in a timely manner. Support and drive self Service on HR portal for employees and managers. Build good working relationships across European HR Services, HR Business Partners and HR Centres of Expertise Maintain HR Knowledge on our HR Knowledge base Suggest improvements on the existing processes and tools, and get involved in various projects. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer focused approach with the ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment Team player Fluent French (90% of the role requires French) Computer literate (Microsoft office, Case management tool, HR database) Intermediate English Human Resources experience preferred INDHRR 963306CD
