Deputy Team Leader - Marsh Commercial - Milton Keynes We have a fantastic opportunity for a new Deputy Team Leader in our Milton Keynes office. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a growing team of 15 people in Marsh Fiduciary Operations, led by an experienced Team Leader. We will rely on you to: In conjunction with Team Leader, manage and motivate a team of 15 staff to ensure workloads are fairly balanced and that individuals are effectively trained and skilled to perform the duties required. Provide support, development and growth opportunities to all team members Ensure insurer accounts are reconciled on a timely and accurate basis with adherence to regulatory and quality standards Effectively investigate queries with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfactory conclusion Work closely with colleagues to improve processes, systems and controls Ensure all monthly and quarterly reporting requirements are delivered on a timely basis Deputise for the Fiduciary Operations Team Leader when required Responsibility for ad-hoc projects and tasks and deliver project objectives to agreed timescales and agreed level of quality. What you need to have: Minimum of 2 year’s line management experience gained in a financial services/finance/insurance related environment would be beneficial, but not essential. Knowledge of Insurance regulatory requirements including CASS would be an advantage but not essential. Excellent numerical skills, this role requires a real aptitude and comfort working with numbers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. Excellent attention to detail and organization skills in completing assigned tasks.
