Overview

Admin Assistant Location: Tollcross, Glasgow Salary: £9.25 per hour Contract: Permanent, Full Time (30 hours per week) Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 hours per day (to be agreed) Hygiene Group Ltd. carry out plant, high-level, production, and facilities cleaning requirements for a well-established and renowned food manufacturer producing a range of popular branded biscuits in Tollcross, Glasgow. Reporting to the Contract Manager you will form part of an overall team of around 35 experienced personnel. The Admin Assistant role is to support the day-to-day activities of the Contract Manager and Supervisory Team across the site, ensuring that all necessary documentation is available, correctly completed and filed so as to help provide due diligence for the cleaning processes. This includes responsibility to: General admin duties (printing, photocopying, answering the phone, responding to e-mails, taking minutes, etc.) Produce and maintain all Cleaning Sign-off Books, Scopes of Work, & Cleaning Work Instructions (CWI’s) Check that books are signed-off daily and conduct a weekly Books Audit Raise orders through SAP & deal with any associated issues Attend factory audits (weekly, monthly & pest control), inputting hand-written findings into Microsoft 365 and recording defects onto the Action Tracker This is a great opportunity for a proactive and effective individual with a considered and professional attitude and a keen eye for detail to become part of an experienced, dedicated and friendly team. Along with previous administrative experience you will also require: Strong interpersonal and communication skills A positive and approachable manner A high standard of work ethics and an enthusiasm for a varied working environment PC literate in Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel Sound numerical skills & understanding Full training will be given on company systems & procedures. Experience of cleaning and/or the food manufacturing environment would be an added advantage.
