Overview
Interim Support Worker – Immediately Required Position: Support Worker Hours: Full time Location: London Hours: 37.5 per week Our client, an esteemed support service is seeking an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to provide backing to their already established Mental Health support team who care and provide advice for vulnerable clients over the phone. Responsibilities: Supporting people on the telephone who suffer from mental health and help to answer questions they have Providing advice to customers who call in regarding benefits or personal care which includes signposting to any relevant services Dealing with difficult and sometimes stressful calls relating to mental health Essential Requirements: Valid DBS issued within the last 3 months (preferably on the update service) Experience in working with a range of vulnerable clients with mental health issues Proven track record of working in an advice capacity Strong communication skills over the phone If you have experience to match the requirements, or if you would like more information on the role, please contact Jason Woodhouse or Jim Green on or send your CV to Venn Group’s “Recommendation Scheme”: if you recommend a candidate who is subsequently placed by Venn Group (for a minimum of 2 weeks) you will be eligible for £25 worth of vouchers from a choice of high street organisations.
