Overview
A supportive and opportunity providing Managing Director who has built a sharp team of Chartered Quantity Surveyors around him, based in Warrington, is now looking for a confident and project running Quantity Surveyor. The successful Quantity Surveyor, will be joining a 50 year old consultancy, who been providing a myriad of services, ranging from Project Management, Quantity Surveying, H&S, Bank Monitoring and Employers agent. The already experienced Quantity Surveyor, will have the opportunity to join an organisation who dive into several sectors, with key clients and prestigious projects. The Quantity Surveyors Role The key responsiblities will be to promote a positive work environment, demand personal progression and provide quality services such as: Cost Plans Cost reports Client meetings Tenders Final Accounts In addition, you will be supporting Senior members of the team to ensure communication is fluid through the company.
