Interim Customer Service Off icer P osition: Customer Service Officer Hours: 35 hours per week Location: South London Contract Length: 8 weeks Rate: £14 per hour Our client, a Resident Management Organisation, is seeking a reliable and experienced Customer Service Officer to provide support to their already established Housing team within their Housing Office. Responsibilities: Running the front desk of reception, dealing with resident’s queries in person and over the phone Using Northgate systems to raise repairs and carrying out inspections in person, by email and over the phone Provide basic advice surrounding tenancy or income queries and refer residents to appropriate teams Able to handle petty cash and keep accurate records Ensuring residents receive high levels of customer service and satisfaction in every interaction Essential Requirements: Adept in working with Northgate systems and Microsoft packages Experience working within a housing management organisation Effective communicator both in person and over the phone If you have experience to match the requirements for this Customer Service Officer opportunity, or if you would like more information on the role, please contact Jason Woodhouse or Jim Green on or send your CV to Venn Group’s “Recommendation Scheme”: if you recommend a candidate who is subsequently placed by Venn Group (for a minimum of 2 weeks) you will be eligible for £25 worth of vouchers from a choice of high street organisations.
