Overview

Scheduler/Administrator Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 Busy varied role for experienced Customer services candidate who also has ability to schedule appointments and bookings with clients using in house system. Outgoing with a confident manner you will be talking to clients and arranging best dates for appointments as well as dealing with any cancellations and re bookings. Able to jump straight in as part of this busy team you will need to be able to multi task, think on your feet be prepared to go the extra mile when needed and have a good sense of humour Checking orders and projects are complete and reporting on follow up and next day appointments using internal system, - training given Responsible for compilation of all appointments and cancellation lists Must have good IT skills and attention to detail is a must. Ideally you will have come from a role with a mix of admin customer services and or scheduling in your and have longevity in your career to date.
