Audio Visual Technician NW1 £27,441 - £30,490 Full-Time Permanent Excellent opportunity to work for this prestigious company, fabulous offices and great benefits Role will suit a confident AV Technician - Audio-visual, technical and media services (AVTMS) - Supporting commercial events and conference for external clients as well as internal departments. Delivering excellent, pro-active, professional technical support for a wide range of meetings and events. Working as part of a friendly team. The roles key responsibilities are: Working in two modern theatres with built-in AV technology (seating 300 and 140 respectively), in addition there are 18 other rooms hosting approximately 1000 internal and 700 external events a year with AV requirements. Delivering high quality AV services for the entire "client journey" from pre-event communication to event delivery to post event services Providing organised and proactive support in the planning and preparation of commercial and high profile internal events Having an in-depth knowledge of all AV equipment and services including installation, operation and maintenance. To create quotes and upsell services to clients when requested by AV Commercial Manager. To respond to service requests from Event execs, sales staff and the AV Operations Manager is a timely manner. Monday to Friday 40 hours based on a small shift pattern 7am - 7pm. There would be some weekend work either Saturday or Sunday or both, dependent on requirement, this is paid overtime.
