Site Manager (Fit Out) - New Milton Edge Careers are excited to be recruiting a Site Manager to join a family run office fit-out and refurbishment specialist. The successful candidate will be a pro-active site manager with previous experience of being no.1 on site within the office fit-out industry. Job Description Manage site-inductions whilst overseeing Health and Safety Managing sub-contractors & trades on site Arranging internal and external team and client meetings Booking sub-contractors onto project to meet program deadlines Ensure program of works is update on a weekly basis Programme and design management Person Specification Experience as a No.1 Site Manager working with Fit-Out Ability to read construction drawings Ability to design and manage a programme of works Good understanding of Health and Safety Strong communication skills Organised If you would like to be considered for this role, please click apply.
