Overview
Are you an excellent administrator who loves providing excellent Customer Service? We have an exciting Supplier Supervisor role within our vibrant client based in Fareham (free parking) Your duties will include: Taking orders via telephone and email Understand customer requirements, provide advice and suggest appropriate solutions Record information and accurate order records on CRM Database Provide exceptional service and build rapport with your accounts All associated administration You will: Be highly customer focused to provide excellent service Offer strong IT and admin skills Enjoy an interactive, fast paced environment Enjoy a team setting where success is celebrated Be organised and proactive Customer service experience is ideal but more important is your personality and drive to achieve Offering a salary of £18,00 to £20,000 Working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm Please apply ASAP to be considered as this great opportunity is available immediately (notice periods will be honoured for the right candidate) By registering with Office Angels you will benefit from the support of a dedicated and experienced recruitment consultant, have access to various interviewing techniques, regular updates of the local employment market and consistent feedback on all applications.
