Office Administrator Job Description Complete Interior Design is currently looking for an Office Administrator. This position will play a vital role in the customer service and organisational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. We are looking to hire a candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and an enthusiastic and fun personality to join our creative team. Office Administrator responsibilities and duties: Answer phone calls and take messages. Place Purchase Orders and create contacts on Xero. Phone suppliers and update delivery schedule. Drafts, formats and prints relevant documents. Run errands. Maintain the stock room and office supplies Manage the filing system. Manages outgoing and incoming post. Organise and schedule staff events and meetings. General management of office systems to enhance efficiency within the company. Essential Qualifications and Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and ability to multi- task. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs. Attention to detail. Ability to work without supervision. Excellent Time Management and ability to prioritise. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Experience with XERO Background in the Construction or Office Fit Out Industry Hold a full driving license Salary/ Holidays: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum dependent on applicant’s level of experience. Annual performance based bonus. 20 days holiday per annum.
