Overview

Receptionist / Administrator Receptionist Administrator role for a fantastic company in the City, where you will be given full support and training enabling you to grow and develop in your role. Your time will be spent 50% on reception and 50% in the Accounts Dept. Your daily duties will consist of: Meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner Answering the switchboard, transferring calls or taking messages Managing the meetings rooms and handling bookings through outlook Handling couriers and deliveries Ordering refreshments and lunches for meetings Ordering stationery Preparing for client events internally, helping set up meeting rooms etc. Franking the post and distributing incoming post Assisting with purchase order and monthly office expenses Post cash Inputting invoices into purchase ledger Assisting with expenses Other ad-hoc duties for Accounts Manager You will have previous relevant experience ideally in a corporate office Excellent time keeping Professional appearance and polite at all times Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written Strong IT skills Able to pick up things quickly and use your initiative Upbeat, positive, friendly and approachable Happy to muck in where required At least 12 months experience Red Anchor Recruitment is an equal opportunities agency
