Your new company This international organisation provide software solutions for organisations within the health care sector with one of their biggest clients being the NHS. They are seeking multiple developers to bolster their java team and work on bespoke development projects. These roles is aimed at junior to senior developers who are on an upward trajectory in their career. The applications that you will be building are unique products and they are the only organisation who work within this space within Scotland. You will be working in a small but agile team. You will be re architecting existing systems, as well as leading designing and developing new projects. Culture is hugely important. They have retained a family feel which allows each individual to feel valued and heavily invested. You will have the ability to have ownership of projects and be working in an collaborative environment. What you'll need to succeed It is essential that you have a strong grounding in Java and consider yourself as a full stack developer or have aspirations to reach that level. The tech stack that you would have used in a commercial setting would be Java, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL and OO or other principals.
