Why do we want you? Due to expansion and growth we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator . This is a newly created role and will be an integral part of our sales team in Leicester. This role is key in helping us consolidate our position as the market leading provider of training, support and promote services to accountancy practices and finance teams in UK. Sales Support Administrator Location: Leicester - LE19 1SU Salary: £14,000 - £18,000 Employment Status: Full Time - Permanent A bit about us Wilmington plc is a company with a difference. Main Purpose of Role Your role will be to support the sales team and the Head of Sales in all sales-related administration tasks. These range from helping us to keep our CRM systems up to date to taking responsibility for general organisation and time saving activities that facilitate increased levels of face to face and telephone activity by our professional sales team. You will be part of a close knit and driven team who are driven to achieve high levels of client retention and new client acquisition. Responsibilities include: - The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to support the Mercia Sales Team and helping with all admin duties the sales team requires - To develop a good understanding of the industry Mercia supports - Use our databases - Updating and collating client information for use by the sales team - Running reports - Arranging and administering meeting bookings - Organising electronic folders - Data capture Skills and Experience Required: - Some experience of working in a customer service capacity - if you’ve got some office experience this is great, but it’s not a pre-requisite due to the training and support you will receive - A 'can do’, friendly and positive attitude - To be really organised and be able to prioritise - The ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing - Competent in a range of IT systems and software - A willingness to learn, adapt and add value - To feel confident about asking questions when seeking to understand - Great attention to detail, time keeping and a sense of responsibility - A healthy ambitious attitude - we’d love to help you get on and be successfulTo enjoy a challenge - we work hard, and it can be a steep learning curve "We are committed to equality, equality of opportunity and valuing diversity"
