Overview
Experienced IT Technician needed to join our well established and market leading client based in Newton Abbot. This is a great opportunity for an experienced 1st Line Engineer to continue to develop their skills and experience and to progress their career. The role will require you to act as the first point of contact for technical issues across the business. The successful candidate will have experience working in a 1st/2nd line level. Responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for technical issues Handling a range of technical issues Escalating technical issues as required Working effectively both on your own and as part of a team Providing excellent customer service Requirements: Experience in a 1st line or helpdesk role Experience working with Microsoft, ideally with experience of Office 365 Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills The ability to work as a team and proactively as an individual Ideally experienced with basic troubleshooting Summary/Closing paragraph: This position is a fantastic chance to join a market leader offering a range of fantastic benefits on top of a competitive salary.
