This long-established full-service law firm based in Devon is now expanding its private client offering with the addition of a solicitor/legal executive into its team in Newton Abbot. In this private client solicitor role, you will advise on a broad private client caseload to include wills, Powers of Attorney and probate. Ideally, you should already have at least 4 years' experience as a private client solicitor or legal executive. Those who are STEP qualified, or working toward this, are encouraged to apply. If you are working towards your step qualification then you will be fully supported in your studies to become STEP qualified. Although this is an established firm-wide team, you will be the main private client fee earner in Newton Abbot, so will need the ability to work with minimal supervision.
