Overview
My client a top ranked UK Insurance provider are looking to recruit a Rewards Analyst with (M&A) experience. This is a (FTC) Fixed Term Contract from 6 - 12 months. Key Responsibilities: - Review and manage the mapping of all benefits and terms for the businesses. - Provide support to key organisational projects in relation to compensation and benefits data. - Direct and manage all life assurances (renewals, additional cover and changes to eligibility). - Manage the design, development and implementation of new benefits and terms. - Provide support to key organisational projects, in relation to compensation and benefits data. Experience and requirements: - Experience working with a range of systems, data bases and spread sheet development. - Experience of reporting tools. - Data manipulation and modelling - Highly analytical Previous experience in reward If you have the relative experience or expertise please apply.
